These terms govern all bookings made through RizRoyalty. By reserving a property, the guest confirms that they are at least 18 years old, have the legal authority to enter into the booking, and accept the conditions of stay.
Bookings are subject to availability, verification, and payment authorization. RizRoyalty reserves the right to reject, postpone, or cancel any reservation where the information provided is incomplete, false, or suspicious.
Guests must comply with the property rules, occupancy limits, and safety regulations. Smoking, illegal activity, unauthorized guests, parties, commercial activity, or damage to the property may result in immediate termination of the stay and additional charges.
Check-in and check-out times must be followed unless agreed in writing. Early check-in or late check-out may be charged separately. Guests are responsible for maintaining the property in good condition and must report any damage or maintenance concerns promptly.
Cancellation, refund, and amendment requests are determined by the booking agreement and the property cancellation policy. RizRoyalty reserves the right to enforce additional conditions when required by local law, safety, or operational necessity.
RizRoyalty may change or suspend services at any time without notice when required for maintenance, regulatory compliance, or operational reasons. We are not liable for losses arising from force majeure events, acts of third parties, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
