Cancellation Policy

Once a booking is confirmed, cancellations are not accepted. Requests to cancel a confirmed booking will be declined.

2. Date Changes

Once a booking is confirmed, requests to change the booking dates will be declined. Guests should confirm their dates carefully before making payment and finalizing a reservation.

3. Refund Requests

Refund requests relating to a confirmed booking will be declined, subject to any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

4. Guest Responsibility

Guests are responsible for reviewing the apartment type, dates, number of guests, applicable charges and house rules before confirming a booking.
