A cancellation of a confirmed booking does not create an entitlement to a refund, subject to any mandatory rights under applicable law.
Changing dates after confirmation is not permitted under the stated booking policy and does not create a right to a refund.
Where smoking occurs inside an apartment, the security deposit may be forfeited in full. This does not limit any other remedies available for damage or other breaches.
Nothing in this policy is intended to remove a refund, cancellation or other consumer right that applicable law requires the business to provide.
