Occupancy is tied to the number of bedrooms booked. The stated maximum guest allowance applies. For example, two bedrooms permit up to three guests and three bedrooms permit up to four guests. Additional occupants beyond the permitted maximum are not allowed.
The facility is strictly for residential accommodation. Parties, unauthorized gatherings, loud music and games nights are prohibited.
Guests must not engage in activities that disturb other occupants, damage the property, breach applicable law or violate the house rules. Where prohibited conduct occurs, guests may be required to leave the facility.
Early check-in and late check-out attract an hourly charge of NGN 10,000, subject to availability and approval.
Smoking is prohibited inside the apartments. A designated smoking area is available in the outdoor lounge. If smoking occurs inside an apartment, the security deposit may be forfeited in full, subject to applicable law.
Guests are expected to use the apartment, furnishings, appliances and amenities responsibly and leave the accommodation in good condition.
Riz Royalty Homes reserves the right to enforce these rules and require a guest to leave where their conduct materially breaches the house rules or threatens the safety, comfort or property of others.
